What is GHK-Cu?
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide made of three amino acids (glycine-histidine-lysine) complexed with a copper ion. First isolated by Dr Loren Pickart in 1973, it occurs naturally in human plasma, saliva and urine — and its concentration declines with age, a fact that has driven decades of research interest.
